Parking
Sainsbury's multi-storey car park is only 5 minute walk away, and charges £4 per day.
Alternatively there is a car park 50 yards from the guest house that charges £7 per day.
If you are lucky there are a few streets with limited free parking spaces and if you get one of these then also buy a lottery ticket :)
